Week 10

Ideology is how we started class today. We learned that ideology can justify a lot of bad things such as racis, sexism, and nazism, basically anything that is an -ism. Ideology can deem people unworthy. Crystal showed the class a video on privilege that I found very eye opening. I took away that everyone should be aware of their own privilege and use the education that you have personally to be aware of your own privilege and becuase you are aware of that privilege you need to advocate for those in the rows behind you that don't has the same amout of privilege as you.
