Week 9

Today Lexi and Maddie presented their family tree projects. Maddie's project was very well done! After spending time on showing our family tree posters the class moved on to a new unit. Social stratification is our new unit, social stratification is society's catagorization of people into socioeconomic strata, based upon their occupation and income, wealth and social status and derived power. I am very interested in learning about social stratification and how it is present in my life but more so in the general age group of college students. We need to complete the essays Crystal assigned to us that are due this coming Monday.
